Comms-care achieves Cisco Gold Partner status

Provider of channel network and IT support services, Comms-care, has achieved Cisco Gold Partner status just weeks after securing Silver.

To successfully be upgraded from a Silver to Gold partner Comms-care addressed various criteria that included recruiting additional engineering resource and provided further evidence of customer satisfaction from delivering their services.

Becoming Gold Certified means Comms-care has attained the broadest range of expertise across multiple technologies by achieving all of the following four advanced specialisations: Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN. In addition, Comms-care have integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and demonstrated a high level of customer satisfaction.

Darren Briscoe, Technical Director at Comms-care, said: "Comms-care is proud to have gained Cisco Gold Partner status so quickly following our recent success in being awarded Silver. Add to this the fact that we are also a Cisco Collaborative Services provider and we can confidently position ourselves as a leader in our field, supporting resellers at a time when skill sets are in decline."
