CInergy International has won a long-term contract from T-Mobile UK to deliver the CInergy Accelerated Intelligence customer acquisition and retention service to T-Mobile's UK call centres and retail outlets.
The system is initially being provided to call centre agents, and will be rolled out to retail stores during a second phase of implementation. Accelerated Intelligence is the engine supporting T-Mobile's new Minutes Guarantee which is being backed by a £17m multi-media campaign.
According to Gavin Sugden, Market Intelligence Manager at T-Mobile: "We wanted to give our sales and retention teams in our call centres and retail outlets the knowledge and power to be able to position our offerings and make recommendations on the spot, while customers are still on the call or in the store.
"CInergy was able to provide the information and specialist analysis we needed in a single system which fits seamlessly with our other acquisition and retention tools. CInergy's Accelerated IntelligenceTM gives us the competitor intelligence we need to implement new marketing initiatives that will enhance the services we offer our customers."
