Channel Solutions Resource (CSR) has responded to calls from reseller partners to launch a white label hosted platform that will help them to move customers using legacy comms kit to the cloud.
CSR is poised to introduce a solution based on an Avaya hybrid cloud platform in June.
"Avaya's full stack IP Office platform delivers multi-channel communications across phones, browsers and cloud apps," stated CSR founder Don Moore. "Working with our data centre partner CoolDC we have an offering that also harnesses customers' existing Avaya investment."
Tim Chambers, CEO of coolDC, added: "coolDC provides scalable applications to meet specific business goals affordably and with environmental efficiency, which is core to our business model."
