Milton Keynes-based IT company Bluecube Technology Solutions has launched a new low cost IT solution aimed at local SMEs.
Technical Account Manager, David Robinson explains: "The idea came from creating a ‘value' range of services that would rival off the shelf products, but it evolved in to a low cost ‘out the box' solution for growing business. The £15 per user per month solution takes the core essentials of IT Support and adds anti-virus, SPAM protection and remote support, complimented by Bluecube's customer service."
Bluecube's Chief Executive, James Hawker, added: "As a growing business ourselves, we understand that even relatively small changes in the market are always going effect the smaller enterprises first. Aiding companies in Milton Keynes is our primary target as we can cut the cost of IT and keep local businesses growing in the city."
Bluecube was established five years ago and has grown organically 50% year on year. "Milton Keynes is a great place to do business, many of our existing clients are also based here and feel the same benefits of being in a upbeat dynamic city, therefore it's vital to protect its growth," added Hawker.
The end of last year saw further development when Bluecube launched sister company Bluecube Telecommunications headed up by Paul Reames, who said: "By providing this solution not only are we lowering customer overheads and supporting local business but we're putting the confidence back by using ourselves as the example of how a business can still do well, despite the questionable market".

'If you are worried about laying off engineers, why not re-deploy them in sales while the installations side picks up? You often find that the best dealers are former engineers who have a broad knowledge of the industry, who customers trust to give them sound advice and a solution that works for them.'
