TeleWare`s business is expected to increases substantially following an agreement with Azzurri, under which the independent system integrator will promote the full range of solutions available from TeleWare (IP-based voice products, covering on-premises, hosted and mobile solutions).
Eric Thickett, director of professional services, Azzurri, commented: “We have already had strong interest from the retail sector and our first project is due for installation in the next few weeks at Triple Eight, which will include hosted telephony and private mobile network capabilities.
Peter Orr, sales director for TeleWare, added: “This a significant development for mi-market and corporate customers, many of which will have had experience of the promises and issues of solutions coming from multi vendor product development partnerships. Working with systems integrators such as Azzurri, customers can be confident that the solution they are being offered will be supported, the applications will be hardwaremindependent and that features and functionality will be deliverable today.”
"IP telephony and SIP are now widely accepted. The connectivity has become more affordable and businesses are moving key services to the cloud. We see a majority of new RFPs requesting hosted."
