Fidelity makes call for Green telecoms

Green Call has partnered with Henley-based Fidelity Group to bring its environmentally friendly teleconference solution to the channel.

The Green Call solution aims to help users reduce their personal carbon emissions.

Green Call's Sales Director Tom Boother told Comms Dealer: "Green Call is loved at board level because it cuts costs and saves time in travel. It also has a positive impact on a company's corporate social responsibility and marketing."

MD Andy Bradbury said: "We had made inroads to securing a number of multinational companies and Fidelity was crucial in landing these deals. We needed the right support infrastructure and Fidelity gave us that. We have brought our systems in line with Fidelity's billing platform, Anvil."

Fidelity Group's MD Alan Shraga commented: "We kept hearing the same things about reduction of travel cost, improving CSR policies and creating a flexible home working and disaster recovery environment.

"We met Andy and Tom last year and when we heard about the product we wanted to bring it into the Fidelity family."
Green Call says it can now offer a ‘one stop shop' to home working, which will prove popular during this summer of sport and celebrations.

"We will be running monthly promotions for Green Call users to find out how our services can help reduce their environmental impact and reduce their energy costs. It all goes back to the philosophy that a lot of small things can make a real difference to the world," added Bradbury.
