Symantec President and COO Michael Fey has resigned and CEO Greg Clark will take on the added title of President – no explanation was provided.
Symantec also named Art Gilliland as executive VP and general manager of its Enterprise Products unit, who returns to the company after serving in the past as general manager of its Information Security business.
Most recently, Gilliland was President and CEO of Skyport Systems which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2017, and was formerly Senior VP of Software Enterprise Security Products at HP.
