Logicalis Group has bolstered its capabilities 'down under' with the acquisition of CNI, one of Australia’s top Microsoft Azure partners.
The deal enables Thomas Duryea Logicalis (TDL), its Australian operation, to strengthen its ability to provide hybrid IT services and solutions in Azure public cloud.
The addition of CNI’s Azure experience and IP and Microsoft Tier 1 CSP certification will enable TDL to compete more effectively in the build and deployment of Azure-based hybrid cloud applications, said the firm.
The combined CNI and TDL customer base will gain access to increased capabilities, including security, managed services, project management governance and a wider range of supporting services.
