South West Communications Group has extended its data network infrastructure portfolio with the addition of a managed network service.
John Holdstock, swcomms' ICT director, said: "When it comes to a data network, performance issues can lead to expensive downtime, customer complaints and reduced staff productivity.
"Proactively managed networks make all the difference, but this can be time consuming and costly for in-house IT teams.
"Our managed network service removes complexity, reduces costs and frees IT staff from the administrative burden."
The service gives businesses visibility of their IT platforms whether in the cloud, on site or both.
