In this exciting role you will work within the company’s Voice Response Centre and assume responsibility for managing the progress of all WLR and CPS (Carrier Pre Select) accounts to ensure they meet completion within set lead times. You will also work closely with sales and the customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As an Implementation Manager – Telecoms your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Overseeing and managing the coordination of Line Rental and CPS accounts
  • Providing full support to the sales function for customer requirements, order form completion and implementation of new projects within the Voice Response Centre
  • Providing full support and guidance to all areas of the Voice Response Centre team
  • Acting as first point of contact for the management of rejection resolution
  • Identifying and gaining an understanding of problem areas in the provisioning cycle
  • Providing post sale customer support for key customers
  • Managing and monitoring reports to ensure the Voice Response Centre SLAs are met
  • Proactive management of the processes within the Voice Response Centre and Order Entry in the Czech Republic
  • Attending customer meetings where required and representing the Voice Response Centre to a high level

As an Implementation Manager – Telecoms your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • In depth knowledge and proven experience of line rental and CPS
  • Demonstrable knowledge of company product sets
  • Solid people management experience and skills
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project
  • A proven track record of customer service with a focus on understanding customers and their expectations
  • Ability to identify and diagnose procedural improvements and new solutions to maximise revenue

You will be comfortable working on your own as well as within a team and your dynamism and drive will ensure you work well under pressure.
